A Bit About Me
Dr. Ash Ateshkadi is our Founder and President, based in Los Angeles and New York. He leads the overall Management Consulting practice. He is an Executive business advisor for leading Fortune 500, mid-market, and Private Equity-backed portfolio companies.
Ash advises clients across multiple industries including: Industrial Markets, Consumer & Retail, Automotive, Life Sciences, Technology Hardware and Utilities.
He holds deep expertise in private equity, corporate, business unit and product-level strategies and operational improvement. He has extensive experience in operations and supply chain strategy, focused on planning, procurement, manufacturing and distribution. He also supports merger integration and transformation cost programs.
Prior to joining Triumph, Ash spent 20 years at other consulting firms and Big 4 firms (including Kearney, EY-Parthenon, and KPMG). He co-founded the Operations Center of Excellence at a Big 4 firm. He has done over 200 consulting engagements, including 60+ M&A transactions.

Prior to his consulting career, Ash spent over 10 years designing and developing, as an Aerospace Engineer, combustion/propulsion systems for commercial aircraft, military aircraft and power generation systems. He has 7 peer-reviewed publications.
Ash has also been a sought-after speaker and thought leader on the impact of the Aerospace & Defense industry on a state's economy where he led a comprehensive study. He has been an invited speaker at a dozen forums, including Economic Development Councils and California State Legislature, to provide insights into the importance and sustainability of this industry.
In addition to his client work, Ash is passionate about education and serves on multiple boards, including The University of California at Irvine Diabetes Center and the University of California at Riverside Micro-MBA Program.
He holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, a Ph.D. / M.S. in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
